Over the past 4 years, with the help of generous sponsors, amazing volunteers, and selfless special guests, Under Our Wings has hosted a Valentines extravaganza for kids at Texas Children's Hospital, Houston Area Women's Center, and the Loaves and Fishes Soup Kitchen. Our efforts have put over 6500 Avian Kingdom Feathered Tales books and thousands of handmade Valentine's cards in the hands of these little ones.
Once again, it is time to bring smiles to thousands of kids with A Dash to Remember 2018, our 5th annual Valentine's Week. Our team is ready to deliver books, activity packages, and valentines with special guests from the Houston Dash and Dr. Hoots.
- Friday, February 9th - Houston Area Women’s Center
- Saturday, February 10th - Loaves and Fishes (Volunteers Welcome)
- Tuesday, February 13th - Texas Children's Hospital (Special Guests: Houston Dash & Dynamo players)
- Wednesday, February 14th - Children’s Hospital Colorado & Children’s Hospital of San Antonio (Special Guest: Guero Loco, dual-language hip hop edutainer)
